Our Return and Refund Practices

1. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge before it is dispatched for shipping. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team at info@mistygreenplantation.com immediately after placing the order.

2. Returns

Due to the nature of our products (perishable food items like spices), we generally do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may return it within 7 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return on damaged items, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
